About Mikaela

Mikaela was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, and has been living on Vancouver Island since 2021. She participated in horse riding and cycling from a young age developing a passion for sport and fitness.  

Mikaela obtained her degree in Sport Psychology and Management through the University of Johannesburg.  

Outside the clinic, Mikaela spends her time with her husband, son, and dogs exploring their new home, Nanaimo.
